Spend an unforgettable family vacation in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee; a little mountain town in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. There is so much adventure to be had in such a small town; whether you are hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park or riding a roller coaster at Dollywood, there is something for the whole family to love! The Great Smoky Mountains is the highlight of visiting Pigeon Forge. With over 800 hiking trails, whitewater rafting, waterfalls, scenic drives, and so much wildlife; you could spend days exploring this beautiful National Park! While you’re there make sure to check out Cades Cove and Clingmans Dome; and bring your camera because they both have the most amazing views. For more photo opportunities, consider hiking to one or all of the five waterfalls in the park; they provide fantastic settings for family photos!

For some unique Tennessee fun head to Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud Show & Adventure Park! Watch the Lumberjack Feud Show as world champion lumberjack athletes compete against each other in 13 events. The show encourages audience participation so maybe you’ll end up on stage; do you think you stand a chance against these lumberjacks?! Well test your log rollin, speed climbin, skills at the Adventure Park. They even have the world’s first cable-to-rail zipline roller coaster and if that doesn’t have your adrenaline pumping, you can also free-fall from the 80 ft. Timber Tower!

With so much to do outdoors you may not find yourself doing any inside activities, but if you do check these out! First stop? The #1 Mini Golf Course in the United States at Crave Golf Club! Its candy theme would make Willy Wonka proud, and will leave your kids in awe. The whole family will have fun playing 19 holes of mini golf; play the indoor course or the rooftop adventure course for a bit more of outside fun! When your done try some mini bowling and see if you have what it takes to conquer one of the escape rooms. By the time your done we know you’ll be craving some candy so stop into the candy store to sweeten that sweet tooth.

To get your adrenaline pumping indoors, try Flyaway Indoor Skydiving. With a brief lesson you’ll be flying in no time. For some shopping and entertainment check out The Island in Pigeon Forge. Take a ride on the Ferris Wheel for some amazing views. When you get hungry have some Feudin’ Feastin’ Family Fun at The Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud! Have a good old fashion all-you-can-eat homemade meal while you bust a gut laughing at the dinner comedy show. If mystery is more your style have dinner at the Great Smoky Mountain Murder Mystery Dinner Show; a local secret. You’ll enjoy a 3 course meal that is to die for, and a show that will have you dying of laughter.
