The perfect addition to any Florida road trip is the one of a kind Caves in Lecanto, Florida! Take a 1.2 mile easy hike through the Withlacoochee State Forest to the spray painted caves! It can get slippery when wet so it is best to wear shoes with good traction, hiking sticks, and gloves. I always like to bring a flashlight, so I can see in the caves and also take pictures with my phone instead of using it for light. There are 4 caves here to explore!
