Rooterville Animal Sanctuary is located in Melrose, Florida. This 20 acre farm is filled with farm animals like pot-bellied pigs, farm pigs, cows, chickens, turkeys, goats and more.
This is a hands on farm, bring in easy to feed snacks such as baby carrots, sliced apples, romaine lettuce, grapes, popcorn etc. I hear Tinsel the steer loves bananas still in the peel!
They also have a gift shop you can buy souvenirs at. All the money spent at the gift shop goes to help the animals at the Rooterville Animal Sanctuary. Donations of $15 per person is recommended, however if you can’t afford that they still want you to come and enjoy the animals.
Spend the night in style by glamping in a Wagon! You can rent a RV, tent or a wagon. Wake up in the morning and feed the cracker cows from you front porch. What an experience for the whole family!
