But the real showstopper is underground. Mammoth Cave is the longest cave system on the entire planet, with more than 400 miles mapped so far and new passages still being found. Nearby, you can zip-line and ride bikes through a giant underground cavern that stays a cool 58 degrees all year. Above ground there are rolling green hills, more running water than any other state in the lower 48, and Bowling Green, the only place on Earth where Corvettes are built.
