Welcome to Utah

Utah is a red-rock wonderland, and it holds five national parks — the famous Mighty Five — more than almost any other state. Arches National Park alone protects over 2,000 natural stone arches, including Delicate Arch, the one on the license plate. But the strangeness does not stop at the parks. Out west, the Bonneville Salt Flats stretch 30,000 acres of blinding white salt so flat and empty that race cars set land-speed records on them. The Great Salt Lake is so salty you float without trying. In winter, the powder here is marketed as the greatest snow on Earth, and it hosted the Olympics. And the desert skies get so dark that NASA researchers use them to practice living on Mars. Below you will find every Utah map, trip, guide, and hidden gem we have.
